With your examination entry details, you will receive a leaflet entitled 'Rules for Candidates' Any breach of these rules means you will be penalised by CIM.

Plagiarism and collusion are offences and CIM takes cases of such offences very seriously. Candidates found guilty of committing either offence will be subject to a penalty as deemed appropriate by the examination board.

Guidelines for students relating to the terms of plagiarism and collusion and the consequence of being found guilty can be found within the 'Rules for Candidates' and at www.cim.co.uk/learningzone.
