What are Diploma in Marketing Communications
modules and how long does it take to complete?
The modules are:
The course is designed to be possible to complete within one year but
depending on your work commitments, it can take longer. We advise that
ideally, students with work commitments allow up to 2 years to complete.

What study methods are available and can I
do it self study?
You can study for the CAM Diploma part time, intensive or via distance
learning. You cannot study for the qualification via self study as you
will require the advice and guidance of a tutor to pass the course - particularly
with the assignments. Back to list
I have completed some modules on the old syllabus
how do I complete the qualification?
The modules you have passed on the old syllabus (within the last 10 years)
will count towards your final qualification. With the exception of the
marketing and consumer behaviour module, please see below (answer 10).
You need to register with CAM to complete your qualifications. The qualification
awarded will be dictated by the syllabus upon which the majority of the

If I have only passed one of either the Marketing
or the Research and Consumer Behaviour modules under the old syllabus,
do I need to ‘redo’ it with the new double module?
The answer to this is “Yes” if you have not passed both the
Marketing and Research & Consumer Behaviour modules under the CAM
Advanced Diploma by June 06. This is due to the fact that under the new
syllabus, these two modules have been combined and therefore cannot be
sat separately under the new syllabus. Back to list
When are the CAM exam sessions?
CAM exam sessions are the same as those of The Chartered Institute of
